Masterclasses in Dermatology offers accreditation/CME certification intended for physicians and their extenders in multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, rheumatology, dermatology, surgery, and ophthalmology.

Target Audience: Dermatologists, as well as specialists in other therapeutic areas, e.g., gastroenterology, rheumatology, dermatology, surgery and ophthalmology.
Educational Objectives
After completing this activity, the participant should be better able to:
- Describe the relationship between the pathophysiology of dermatologic diseases and the mechanism of action of new, existing and emerging treatments.
- Outline the roles of current and emerging topical, systemic and surgical treatments for dermatologic diseases and their co-morbidities.
- Develop collaborative care guidance that improves the management of patients with systemic manifestations of dermatologic diseases and their co-morbidities.
In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Medical Education Resources (MER) and Masterclasses in Dermatology. MER is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
