Nathalie Zeitouni, MDCM, FRCPC
Dr Nathalie Zeitouni received her medical degree from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, where she also performed her residency in dermatology. She completed a Mohs micrographic surgery fellowship at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. She is board certified in dermatology by the College of Specialties of the Province of Quebec and is a fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery and the Royal College of Physicians of Canada in Dermatology. Dr Zeitouni is a medical dermatology specialist, principal investigator, and Mohs surgeon at Medical Dermatology Partners in Phoenix, AZ, and a professor of dermatology at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Phoenix. She is a reviewer for Dermatologic Surgery, Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, British Journal of Dermatology, and Photodiagnosis and Photodynamic Therapy. She has authored or coauthored 83 articles in peer-reviewed journals, as well as many book chapters and abstracts. She has given numerous scholarly presentations nationwide and worldwide and has discussed skin cancer and melanoma on TV and radio interviews. Dr Zeitouni is the principal investigator or co-investigator for several clinical trials. She is active in mentoring medical students and in the training of Mohs micrographic surgery fellows. Dr Zeitouni is a member of the American Board of Dermatology, American Academy of Dermatology, International Society for Dermatologic Surgery, American College of Mohs Surgery, European Academy of Dermatology & Venereology, and she is a fellow of the Skin Cancer Foundation. She has received numerous honors and awards, including the American Medical Women’s Association award for being an Exceptional Mentor.
