Sponsorship of the 2024 Conference not only provides us with the ability to bring together physicians from around the world, it provides sponsors with the unique opportunity to share new technologies and products with a highly specialized group of professionals.

In addition to a live and in-person meeting based in Puerto Rico. The meeting will also be available virtually, on-demand for 90 days following the weekend. *Exhibits must stay open through the Reception which ends at approximately 6:30 pm. Exhibits need to be cleared from the exhibit area by 12:00 noon on Monday. Please make your own arrangements to have your exhibits broken down and shipped out Monday.

2. What is NOT included in Exhibit Space: Electrical outlets will NOT be provided. If you need an electrical outlet or audiovisual equipment, please use this link from Encore Global/EventNow to order and follow the instructions below.

3. Backdrops are permitted but should be no wider than your allotted exhibit space, e.g. 6 foot table = 6 foot backdrop. All backdrops should be self-standing. You must contact the hotel in advance for permission and instructions if you wish to have anything hanging from a wall. NOTE:  If backdrops are wider than your exhibit space, you may be asked to remove them.

4. Your final location on the exhibit floor will be emailed to you prior to the meeting.

5. Exhibitors will NOT be able to change the location of their exhibit space onsite without prior approval.
